While refunds or credits are generally not provided due to the nature of our services, we recognize the importance of customer satisfaction and comply with regulatory requirements for refunds in Bangladesh. Therefore, refunds are offered under the terms outlined below, which are in accordance with the Bangladesh Bank Merchant Acquiring and Escrow Service Policy, 2023, and the Agreements executed between the Company and its customers.
The customer may initiate a refund request if the product or service is not delivered within the stipulated time or if they cancel the order after making an advance payment.

The acquirer shall settle the refund into the customer’s account within 3 working days from receiving the request. If the merchant does not have sufficient funds in the escrow account, they must deposit the required amount within this time frame.
If the merchant encounters a system error and fails to refund within 3 working days, the customer may raise a formal notice to the merchant or acquirer.
Upon receiving a valid refund request from the customer, the Company will submit the refund request to the acquirer via the escrow mechanism.
The merchant is required to cross-verify the customer delivery information and the refund request with the escrow service before initiating the refund.
Refunds will be processed in the same mode the customer used for payment. If the customer’s account is closed, frozen, or dormant, the Company will consult with the customer, verify their ID, and issue the refund to a new account.

Once the refund has been successfully transferred to the customer’s account, the refund policy terms will be deemed fulfilled.
Refunds are limited to the amount of the original transaction. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, compensatory, liquidated, nominal, or consequential damages exceeding the transaction amount.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website, and continued use of our services will indicate your acceptance of any revisions to this Policy.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the terms set forth in the Agreements executed between the Company and its customers.
